1. PURPOSE

Climaxoid is a mobile application offering an immersive entertainment experience with fictional AI-generated companions: chat, voice and interaction modes (including Sensation), catalogue creations, and related features. 2. ACCEPTANCE

Using the app constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Where the app requires it, you must explicitly accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (including as part of age verification).

3. ACCESS — 18+ ONLY

Strictly reserved for users aged 18 and over. A mandatory age verification step requiring your date of birth may be displayed before or during use. Users under 18 must not use the application. Your date of birth is collected and stored to verify this requirement.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Climaxoid and all AI-generated output are for entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, therapeutic, or relationship counselling. In case of emergency or health concerns, contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

A valid email address and password are required where the app provides authentication. Credentials are personal. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity on your account unless you report unauthorized use without delay.

6. TOKENS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

  • Purchase tokens via the in-app shop (Google Play Billing).
  • Earn free tokens by watching rewarded video ads where the feature is available (requires explicit advertising consent as implemented in the app and, where applicable, via Google's User Messaging Platform).
  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes where required. Purchases (subscriptions and tokens) are non-refundable except where mandatory under applicable law or in the event of a verified technical issue preventing delivery. If you experience such a problem, contact support@climaxoid.com.
  • Unused tokens remain associated with the account until the account is deleted.
  • We reserve the right to modify token consumption for features (e.g. chat messages, Sensation interactions, voice) at any time to reflect changes in API, infrastructure, or product design. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.

7. REWARDED VIDEO ADS

You may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn tokens. Before viewing ads, you must provide consent for advertising-related processing where required. Consent can be given or withdrawn in the app (e.g. My Account) and through Google consent screens where shown. If you refuse, rewarded ads may not be available, but you may still use paid tokens. Rewards are granted only after completion validated by the ad provider (e.g. Google AdMob). We do not guarantee ad fill or availability.

8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT — DISCLAIMER

  • All characters, scenes, dialogue, and media are fictional and produced or assisted by AI.
  • The service is configured to refuse illegal content and content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context. You must not solicit prohibited content (violence, minors, non-consensual acts, etc.).
  • AI output may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies and is provided for entertainment only.
  • We are not responsible for AI responses or for decisions or actions you take based on them.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and software elements are protected and owned by Climaxoid / SAS LeadForge or their licensors. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the app as offered.

10. LIABILITY

The service is provided as-is. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

11. DELETION AND TERMINATION

You may delete your account from the app where this function is provided (permanent loss of associated data subject to legal retention). We may suspend or delete accounts in case of serious breach of these terms, fraud, or legal obligation.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

French law applies. French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence if you qualify as a consumer under EU or local law.
